YOUR SAFETY
Collaborative Arts Institute of Chicago remains committed to the safety of its audiences, artists, volunteers, and staff.
In accordance with state and local public health guidelines, and to ensure compliance with the rules of institutions that host CAIC events, all patrons are required to abide by the following guidelines*:
PROOF OF VACCINATION
All patrons will be required to show proof of COVID–19 vaccination (complete vaccination, including booster, two-weeks prior to the event) and a government issued photo ID upon arrival at all live, in-person events.
FACE MASKS
All patrons are strongly encouraged to wear face masks, covering the nose and mouth, at any live, in-person event. Face masks with exhalation valves, neck gaiters, and bandanas will not be permitted.
WELLNESS CHECKS
CAIC requests that patrons remain at home should they be experiencing any symptoms of COVID–19, tested positive for COVID–19 anytime during the 10 days before their ticket date, and/or has been exposed to anyone confirmed or suspected of having COVID–19. Patrons who miss an event for any of these reasons may request a refund by emailing [email protected].
* As state and local safety guidelines are continuously evolving, so may the above protocols. CAIC encourages all patrons to check this page prior to attending any events to ensure compliance with the most current protocols.
